🥲You need to hear this. It's about the man Pete Hegseth just fired, Lieutenant General Brett Sylvia. A story of appreciation told by one of his own soldiers. 🚨🇺🇸Trust me, he deserves this minute of your time. What's happening isn't just difficult at times, it's heartbreaking.

Women have been handed the plant version of every nutrient for fifty years and then told the tiredness is just being a woman. Told to eat spinach for iron. Spinach iron absorbs at about 2%. The iron in a steak absorbs at up to 35%. Told to take flax for the omega-3. The body turns a few percent of it into the fat the brain actually uses. A mackerel arrives with it done. Told to swap the milk for oat. The milk was where the iodine was, and the thyroid runs on iodine. Told to get B12 from nutritional yeast. Yeast has none until a factory sprays it on. Told to get protein from tofu, which has half what a lamb chop carries and none of the fat to use it. Told to cut the yolk for the cholesterol. The yolk was the choline, and the choline was the baby's brain. Told to go low fat in 1985 and to count calories in 1995, and the hunger that followed got a diagnosis of its own. Three women in ten on earth are anaemic. The advice for all three has been a leaf. Every substitution on that list took the animal off her plate and handed her the deficiency, and then handed her a label for the deficiency. Hashimoto's. Fibromyalgia. Chronic fatigue. Low mood. Perimenopause, arriving at thirty-eight. She was never short of a plant. She was short of a cow. Fifty years of being told to eat like a rabbit, and the fatigue filed under hormones.

🚨 OZEMPIC FACE EXPOSED… FIRST THEY SELL YOU THE DRUG, THEN THEY SELL THE FIX First, they sell you the weight loss drug. Now, the beauty industry wants to sell you the fix. And people are connecting the dots. The phenomenon known as "Ozempic face" has left some people dealing with hollow cheeks, sagging skin, and an aged appearance following rapid weight loss. Now L'Oréal is selling skincare products designed to complement GLP-1 treatments. And the timing has people raising eyebrows. Meanwhile, lawsuits alleging serious complications, including digestive injuries and vision problems, are adding to concerns about these medications. People see a disturbing business opportunity: one industry sells the weight loss, while another sells treatments for the aftermath. Are we seriously supposed to believe it’s a coincidence that they sell you the weight loss drug, then make billions selling you the fix for your face?

“I wish I’d woken up sooner.” A lifelong Republican who attended a rally full of Democrats. She saw the humanity of the people she’d been taught to hate and fear her whole life. The only people who benefit from Republicans and Democrats hating and fearing eachother are corrupt politicians and the Epstein class so many of them choose to serve over the little people. And to her, if she ever sees this, thank you for your courage and your honesty. I know this must have been hard for you, harder still to go to an arena filled with people you’ve been taught are evil and violent. It must have felt like a betrayal to your nation by attending a rally full of people you were told hated our country, who groom children, who hate everything you hold dear. I know how hard it is, because I was a Republican who changed parties in the early 1990s. (Iran-Contra and Anita Hill were my two last straws.) I’ve always been so grateful to all the Democrats who patiently talked to me and welcomed me with open arms and didn’t hold my past views and votes against me. I remember well having this exact catharsis. Welcome to the human race friend. ♥️🫂✌️

In 1987, Patrick Stewart refused to unpack his suitcase for six straight weeks. My throat still tightens every time I read why. Every Hollywood insider told the 47-year-old British stage actor that Star Trek: The Next Generation would be a disaster. Even his closest friend, Ian McKellen, begged him not to throw away his Shakespearean career on a television gamble. Stewart kept his bags packed by the door, waiting to be fired and sent home to London. That "six-week failure" lasted 36 years. Watching him late at night here in Japan, we saw something Hollywood never expected. In Japan, we call this quiet, unbreakable spirit "Fudoshin," an immovable heart under fire. Most action heroes scream and fire weapons to look strong. Captain Picard never needed to raise his voice. Born into deep poverty in Yorkshire, terrified of a violent home, he left school at age 15 and lost all his hair by 19, convinced his life as an actor was over before it began. Yet one English teacher, Cecil Dormand, handed that frightened 12-year-old boy a copy of Shakespeare, said "Read it out loud," and secretly paid for his first drama course. Never forget what happened decades later. On the morning Queen Elizabeth II knighted him as Sir Patrick Stewart, he invited that same retired schoolteacher to sit beside him at his knighthood luncheon. No suitcase left unpacked. No rage on the bridge. Just a cup of Earl Grey tea, a tug of his uniform, and three quiet words that commanded the galaxy: "Make it so." He passed away at 86 surrounded by live music, prayer, tears, and laughter. And this December, in Avengers: Doomsday, Professor X will grace the screen one final time. A boy who thought he wouldn't last six weeks in Hollywood gave the world an eternity of nobility. From Japan, with tears and our deepest salute: Thank you, Captain. Engage. ✨🖖🇯🇵

The team behind ‘AMERICAN DAD’ have made a statement on the tragic passing of Sir Patrick Stewart. “We at American Dad! have so much gratitude and love for Patrick Stewart. He said how happy he was to do American Dad! because he was so rarely asked to do comedy, which is insane, as his ability to get the laugh was uncanny. Thank you, Sir, for sharing your joyful spirit, inspiring voice, and willingness to be ridiculous. You turned Avery Bullock, Deputy Director of the CIA, into someone the world loved and couldn't get enough of. We will miss you.”

USA. A seafood restaurant called Red Lobster. I had not yet opened the menu when a waitress named Brenda placed a cloth-lined basket between us and issued a battlefield order. "Eat 'em while they're hot, sugar." Inside the cloth slept four golden mounds brushed with melted butter and herbs. They are called Cheddar Bay Biscuits. I took one bite. I must speak the truth, even if my ancestors cover their ears. In Japan, poets have spent eight hundred years writing verses about cherry blossoms falling in the spring wind. If a sixteenth-century poet in Kyoto had tasted one Cheddar Bay Biscuit four minutes out of the oven, every scroll in the imperial palace would be about garlic powder and sharp cheddar. I ate three in complete silence. Then I understood the terrifying genius of the restaurant's strategy. They send their strongest general onto the field before you have even read the menu, so that by the time the shrimp arrives, your belt is unbuckled and your spirit is already conquered. When Brenda returned with a notepad to take our order, I looked down at the empty cloth napkin in shame. "Forgive me," I confessed. "We have destroyed the garrison before the meal has even begun." Brenda did not even look down. "Baby, that's basket one," she said, clicking her pen. "I don't even start counting till basket four." Basket four. This nation does not ration joy. It measures you by how many baskets you survive. By the end of the evening, I was a defeated man. I paid the check and stood up to leave. Brenda intercepted me by the lobster tank. She was holding a large brown paper bag folded twice at the top. It was warm through the paper. "Here," she said, pressing it into my hands. "Put these in the oven at three hundred degrees tomorrow morning for five minutes." I looked at my receipt. "I did not pay for these." "You looked like you had a heavy week when you walked in here, hon," Brenda said gently. "Nobody should wake up to a cold kitchen on a Sunday." Inside the bag were eight fresh biscuits wrapped in silver foil. A warrior can defend himself against a blade. He has zero defense against a woman named Brenda armed with aluminum foil and a warm bag.
