ALT Chantell is Linka’s friend and bully. At first, she bothered Linka because she hated her cheerful personality, how easily she made friends, and how good a student she was. Things Chantell neither had nor cared to have, because those were for nerds. She loved messing with her classmates, which often landed her in detention. But when someone else began bullying Linka cruelly, damaging her books and leaving nasty messages, Chantell tracked them down and beat them up, earning herself another detention. When asked why, she simply replied that nobody should bother Linka more than she did, and those pranks were just unpleasant. Over time, Chantell grew fond of seeing Linka happy, though she hid it behind her usual teasing. She still hides her backpack or leaves mocking notes on her back for getting a 9.8 on a test. Deep down, she protects Linka from other bullies and eventually accepts that having her as a friend isn't so bad. Not that she'll ever stop teasing that nerd.
