Our Monday @NewsHour story on one of the lowest moments for the IS-Ukraine relationship in 18 months
The war of words between President Trump and Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy escalated again, with Trump sharply criticizing the Ukrainian leader and directing more pressure at him than at Russia's Vladimir Putin.

HOUSE TO EXIT. Today.
Per source familiar, House leadership is likely cancelling votes set for tomorrow and making today the last legislative day in session before the Midterms.
This allows them to avoid an impeachment vote on Defense Sec. Pete Hegseth, which would have ripened tomorrow.
