@GaytonMcK At the CSA DEI Indaba I proposed a research project to help CSA better understand the core issues getting in the way of black talent thriving. I met with Sheryl Calder who was keen to join forces.
There are many of us on the ground doing all we can to help transform the sport. Spending hours and hours for free. No ons says black kids aren't talented. But we on the ground know what the issues are. It's the ignorant elite who don't care to ask us @GaytonMcK .
Men, a reminder that the best way to support, uplift and celebrate the women in your life is to be the best possible version of yourself. Women need men who aim upwards and strive. Men who love through upliftment from a place of security, not through control.
This Olympics is just another reminder that we have fantastic athletes in SA. If only Sascoc and ASA could sort out their mess. South Africa can win 30 medals with half the funding and programs the European countries have.
Wildschutt ran an Olympic record and beat the great Bekele's time by 10 seconds and ended 10th. Simbine missed gold by 0.03 seconds and came 4th. Heartbreak for team South Africa but such a top group of athletes. Thanks for flying the flag high athletes! #Paris2024 #teamSA

Only one comment on today's match. Feel terribly sorry for Scottish refs and TMO's. It's incredibly hard for them to say "croc roll" and we should change the name so that they can partake fairly.

Much respect to Ireland rugby. This one hurts because we only have ourselves to blame and a bit of brilliance to applaud. Ref was great, contest was ebb and flow. A great win. Springboks need to reflect on this one if we wanna be consistently the best.
Over the years I've been critical of Pollard. His defence is very underwhelming. Although he has been a life saver for the Boks on many occasions, he takes a couple of games to pull himself together every season. Usually peaks in Sept-Oct. Goal kicks wil win the 2nd test so 馃馃徎.
Scoreline massively flattering for Ireland. Bokke showed some excellent innovation but a very high error count on attack and defense. Pollard missing 9 points as well. But what an excellent win. Concerning that this is Europe's best. #SAvIRE #Springboks
