Sunny September with a Smoked Sheng Tuo from @yunnansourcing ... early oiliness & bitter tarragon giving way to sandlewood then huigan/ returning sweetness. Should've drunk the wash for more smoky notes!

#Cheese #Advent Day 12 (& 11) from @CourtyardDairy . We guessed 11 was a cloth bound cheddar, but not St Andrew's. However we did guess 12 was Killeen, a fantastic Goats Milk Gouda... takes us back to staying in the Netherlands 🇳🇱

Dear @Morrisons I really like your #Thornbury store, but I'm really shocked at the lax approach of staff & shoppers wearing masks there. I've seen many staff walking around with masks under their chin, and no efforts to ask shoppers to follow the law. Locally cases are rising 1/2 – at Leeds, England

2/2 & as a doctor, I'm aware the numbers of admissions in BRI are rising, the new variant is easier to spread while shopping & the demographics of Thornbury mean many residents are vulnerable. I'd be grateful if you can look at this. I shop after 8pm. Thanks 🙏 – at Leeds, England
