Just found out from a friend of mine at the club - Slot is gone!
He’s not been sacked but it’s mutual from both parties for a clean break. It will be announced next week, they’re trying to get Iraola as a replacement.
Take it with a pinch of salt but personally believe it 🥳
Everton have a bye to the semi-finals. I remember when they had one of those against Wigan not that long ago. Surely they can’t mess that up?
Someone is telling porkies with this one - the extreme vast majority of people would love £6500 a month 😂
Why are they posting easily disprovable lies? They had more in attendance against wolves in 2017.
A record crowd for a domestic cup tie at the Etihad tonight 🏡🩵
Thanks for your top support as always, Blues. Onto Saturday 💪
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Attendance for this Carabao Cup tie was 49,107, not a record for a domestic cup match at the Etihad. The previous high was 50,755 vs Wolves in the 2017 League Cup.

The faceless fan account who’s obsessed with Liverpool but supports a team that sings about blowing fucking bubbles pipes up again 😂😂😂😂😂
Manchester City fans bang on about the cost of living and that’s why they have poor attendances.
By 6:30pm on Sunday, Liverpool would have played 4 home games on 12 days. At around 98% capacity.
I fully agree on the cost of living causing fans to not be able to afford every game. But as a fan of a big club, I’m replaceable by another fan who wants to go.
The major issue people have with City is not their crowds. It’s the fact that their club is smaller than Everton but they’ve pretended to be one of the biggest in the world for years now - all built upon cheating.
There’s actually solidarity with them on ticket prices and things like that. Which makes the whole thing bizarre.
At least they had 172,687 attending the match tonight 🤷🏼♂️
