Used @forestbike_uk for the last 6 months, but the app and customer service are shocking. Decided to spend more and move to @limebike and wow what a difference! Customer service, app and bikes so much better! 👏🏻
Changed my @LNER from EDN to LKX cost me £55 to change. New train cancelled. They could not offer me a seat reservation on any new train. But when asking for compensation apparently I had a reservation. Shambolic customer service. Took £55 - won’t refund it.
