I had a great max week, setting some new PRs. It wouldn’t be possible without the energy in the weight room! Bench: 300 lbs x 1 (25lb jump since spring) 225 lbs x 13 Back Squat: 405 lbs x 3 (15 lbs increase) Power clean: 225 lbs x 1 (45 lbs jump) @SCoachLintal @JTexpedition

I had a great time competing and learning at the @DuqFB camp last night. Thank you @CoachSchmittDU and the rest of the staff there for having me! @SCoachLintal @CoachColemanFB @JTexpedition

I got a new set of bench PRs last week. I was also able to get 10 reps of 225 lbs, and got a new one rep max of 275 lbs. 275lb x 1 225lb x 10 @SCoachLintal

I had another great max week, I was able to lift new PRs on bench and squat: 270lbs x 1 Bench 390lbs x 3 Back Squat @SCoachLintal @statehighfball
