We are short $SIVE.
A retail-driven pump built on speculative hyperscaler links, a fabricated bottleneck narrative, and a rumored volume ramp-up has driven a 1,800%+ rally in $SIVE.ST.
Insiders sold ~29M shares into it. Here's what they're not telling you.👇 Full report: ningiresearch.com
Can $SIVE give investors an update if EBM or Finansinspektionen has reached out regarding the alleged inside information leak? affarsvarlden.se/artikel/akl…
While $SIVE MGMT touts a 18% revenue growth. BUT only if FX adjusted and they don't even disclose that properly.
We doubt that the 18% growth figure holds up any audit (see 2025 repeated FX restatement).
Revenue declined, OCF is super negative, gross profit is negative.
For anyone saying that the insider purchases are bullish: how bullish is it that $SIVE handed the insiders each SEK 1M to purchase these shares?
See the disclosure from the Annual General Meeting... 👇
Since this guy started pumping $SIVE in March 2026, the company has issued or reclassified 58 million shares; diluting shareholders by 20%.👇
But he claims that the stock decline is thematic...sure, Jan. The sell-off will continue because insiders' lock-up expires July 15, 2026.
How is $SIVEF issuing millions of shares a thematic sell-off?:
- 8,620,000 (capital raise completed in May 2026)
- 14,798,821 (conversion of C-shares to common in June 2026)
- 12,280,701 (capital raise in July 2026)
- 22,8474,044 (debt conversion to common shares in July 2026)
However, $SIVEF has nothing to show but an "opportunity pipeline", vague R&D partnership announcements, restated financials of last 3yrs, and declining annual revenue.
We told investors in $SIVE early about these issues in our report a month ago...nitter.cf/NingiResearch/status/2…

$KINV-B.ST: The CFO is leaving as well. NAV is up b/c US comps are up, but underlying business is still bad, "Other Investments" bucket is actually down, Climate Tech portfolio (that KINV added to that bucket last Q) too.
To whom did $KINV.B sell Oda and YouScan?
$KINV.B: You don't cut staff in HR or the investment team if your goal is to grow the business. Meanwhile, every day Kinnevik delays selling stakes in its portfolio companies likely reduces the price it can ultimately realize...
This is getting insane. $SIVE screwing shareholders day after day.
Just had a great tip on DM, which shows how awful Sivers is..
Sivers were supposed to report H1 on 6th of aug. I always thought that was odd as Lockups expires on 9th of Aug. But this week we learned that Sivers execs can´t count (or understand the deals they have signed) as they believed the lockup expired 16th of July. So what does this panicked management/board team do when they realize they must release their poor numbers before they are able to offload their positions, well they move the H1 date to end of August, after their Lockups has expired.. And even if they sell at the fake lockup date, they can do so ahead of the 30 day closed period, just. @EkonomiRobban
