The height of cowardice is when you cant stand the truth and those who speak it to you. What a sad day for this country. RIP Jacob Juma.

I don’t even advise my sister. I realized it’s futile to advise a woman. She will eventually do what she wants anyway.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has urged President William Ruto's administration to broaden Kenya's tax base rather than raise rates.
The warning comes at a time when the IMF says Kenya is facing significant fiscal and debt crises that have compounded the cost-of-living burden on Kenyans, a burden critics say Ruto's administration has deepened with a heavy load of taxes and levies.

A government that steals, a government that kills, and a government that treats the Constitution with contempt is an existential threat to our collective wellbeing.
Never again.

I think Jeff Koinange has outlived his usefulness on Kenyan television. He appears completely disconnected from the realities of today's Kenya, yet continues to use JKL as though the country is still stuck in the politics of 20 years ago.
His recent exchange with Cleophas Malala exposed just how easily a serious political interview can deteriorate into personal arguments when the host becomes more interested in defending his ego than asking meaningful questions.
We all remember the controversies surrounding his departure from CNN in 2007, and wish not to get there.
At this rate, Citizen TV should simply rename JKL to FAL, Francis Atwoli Live, because the programme seems increasingly comfortable recycling the same old political voices and their tired opinions.
Kenya has changed. We have a generation asking serious questions about unemployment, technology, governance, economic opportunities and the future of this country. We cannot keep recycling yesterday's conversations and expect tomorrow's solutions.
Jeff had his time, and nobody can take away his achievements. But television needs fresh thinking, fresh voices and journalists who understand the Kenya we live in today.
We need new ideas, not people permanently stuck in the past.

We asked for an Audit. In which language is that a defence of theft? It is the hope of the actual thieves to dissappear in the fog of the manufactured "outrage". The worst of Kenyans fear is you being in charge for we will lack words to describe the plunder that will ensue.

Fellow Kenyans, our economic problem is corruption and wastage.
Billions of hard-earned tax-payers money stolen in broad-daylight.
Fellow Kenyans, you know me well.
When I say my government will have zero tolerance to corruption. I mean it.

Gituku: The president said that it is not intelligent for African heads of states to be going to meet one gentleman. What has changed 3 years later?
Nelson Koech: Today the conversation is different we should be talking about much more than that kind of discussion. Let’s get into a more serious discussion
Gituku: You don’t line questions of accountability
Nelson Koech: there is no accountability there #CitizenDayBreak

Transparency, Accoubtability, sustainable development. The #LindaMwananchiMovement promise is to make all project contracts available to the public in conformity with these three Constitutional Values. We all know why the Ruto regime hides these agreements. From Bomas to Talanta to Rironi highway to Lamu refinery, we are being robbed blind.
