REMINDER ON WOMEN AND POLITICAL POWER: Societies that granted women political power rapidly flamed out and died giving the illusion that women have never held political power at all.
Consider, within one hundred years of granting us the right to vote our primary concern has been to preserve a "right" that's resulted in the termination of roughly a quarter of the Gen Z.
A quarter of an entire generation. Really let that sink in. There's been nothing like it in human history.
Then, go and tell that little factoid to just about any woman you know. They'll dismiss it, laugh it off, respond with unbelievable callousness. Won't acknowledge the truth of it, though.
This is why societies that grant women political power die off so quickly.
Look around you, we're watching an actual Space Faring Matriarchal Western Civilization collapsing before the onslaught of a Patriarchal people from the desert, seemingly powerless before the invasion of unarmed military aged men invading on rickety wooden boats.
Do you think this is the first time something like this has happened?

people will post this and forget about the part where you actually have to start killing people in the green parts
[and yes, I caught a month-long on main for pointing this out, but it bears repeating]

You just hate men and you hate your husband more than any of them because he’s weak and doesn’t stand up to you when you know you’re acting crazy, which he doesn’t do because he feels like it’s not worth it. Enjoy your empire of dirt.

She was piloting the plane when it broke, literally texting her bf “Im getting ice and turbulence” while flying. She was obviously the pilot until that point. So she broke the plane and freaked then Jeff took over and tried to save 9 people but couldn’t because she broke the fucking plane.
The only source that she didn’t fly the plane is her grieving mother that can’t admit her daughter killed 9 people. And technically she wasn’t flying when it crashed but it’s missing the important part that she wrecked the plane and the crash is 100% her fault.
She should never have been flying the plane or get certified if she thought it was okay to fly through the storm or more realistically didn’t divert autopilot and just let the plane fly into the storm instead of actually flying it like a pilot should.

For many, they were not even being sent into combat.
They were being tortured and executed in secret.
The war in Ukraine is meant to ethnically cleanse slavs for jews the same way the war in the middle east is meant to kill off white Americans for them too.

Why democracy doesn’t work in under 10 seconds:
Who is more likely to get what they want,
a. You, the guy who votes
b. The jew who gives the politician 10 million dollars and has tapes of them raping kids

Jews in Ukraine are running concentration camps, while Jews in Israel are murdering Palestinian children, while Jews in the United States are protecting Jeffrey Epstein, and using the U.S. military to bomb Iran.
Meanwhile your politicians are telling you “antisemitism” is their biggest concern.

Star Wars is meant for kids and young adults, but if there is a lesson in it for the "grown-ups" and the moral powers-that-be it is this:
Anakin's grievances are real and his mistreatment by the Council is very real. Many times he and those who care about him attempt to address these grievances through the proper channels, but Qui-Gon is killed, Anakin is rebuffed, and Obi-Wan always has something a bit more important to do that takes him far away.
Only one authority figure ever listens to Anakin, tells Anakin constantly how much he admires and respects him, and promises to give Anakin everything he wants. Even still Anakin does not fall for his tricks right away. Palpatine has some twenty years to groom Anakin and yet his reaction upon learning his true identity is to immediately turn him over.
But Sidious knows that once again Anakin will get no respect or consideration for this. In the end, for the thousandth time, the Jedi refuse to listen to him, and he finally declares for the Dark Side.
No doubt all our Very Respectable Conservatives are fully aware of the existence of our own Palpatines out there in the politics of the West. In fact, fortunately, our enemies - both the Left-Liberals of the decaying Republic, and the power-hungry amoral radicals - are far less intelligent and charismatic.
And yet our Jedi are even more scornful and dismissive of their Anakins.
If you continue to insist on being Yoda, Windu, and the rest of the big-headed old men, you WILL lose. And you will have nobody to blame but yourselves. To carry on the childish conceit, we need Qui-Gon Jinn. We need someone to buy demoralized, angry boys out of slavery, not to berate them and tell them they serve the Dark Side. Tell them that enough, and they will.

A few months ago Thomas777 pointed out how absolutely ridiculous the post-WW2 standard of expecting soldiers to disobey "illegal" orders is. Throughout most of history, soldiers disobeying orders would be killed on the spot. And now they're just punished (sometimes severely.)
The idea that a lowly soldier with no eye towards the strategic or the political is responsible for deciding which orders to follow and which to disobey is so obviously preposterous that it becomes a transparent justification to punish enemy military's en masse simply for losing a war.

to say it plainly:
> The president can't - he has basically no backing the institutions were conquered by the left
> the prime minister sees it as a loosing move
You see the Prime minister has been ignoring rulings from the supreme court for years as is. basicallly "the supreme court said no, but the Eu said yes the Eu is more important hence the law can go on."
Why is the judicial coup needed then? The supreme court can declare the president unfit for office and thus with the parliament revoke him.
Unless someone intervenes from the outside like the US or the army (or the people become so mad they turn to an actual military insurrection) Tusk has won. The institutions are loyal to him and the people don't matter in a 'bureocracy' pretending to be a democracy.
a lot of the polish right isn't taking this seriously either they say "Tusk is so gonna loose the election next year." not realizing that there won't be any election. There will never again be an election that matters if he isn't deposed within days.
Poland is beyond fucked.

HER. JOB. WAS. TO. WATCH. WEATHER. RADAR.
SHE. DIRECTED. THE. PILOT. INTO. A. STORM.
I’m not at all shy about blaming DEI where appropriate, and it often is appropriate. But I see no DEI angle on this jet crash. The female pilot was not flying the plane. The captain was a 55 year old man. Trying to blame the girl for the crash is absurd and baseless. Yes she seemed frantic and terrified in the radio call but I would be to, and so would you. And even if she’d been cool as a cucumber, there isn’t the slightest reason to think it would have made any difference at all.
I’ll fully admit that I wouldn’t get in a plane if the copilot was a 20 year old girl. But that doesn’t change the fact that there is no evidence that she was personally at fault. And for the record, becoming a pilot at 20 is pretty impressive. She had her shit together a lot more than I did at that age. I’ll say that at least. I don’t think airlines or private charter companies should be making any specific effort at all to be “inclusive” of women or whatever, but it’s still admirable for a kid to have a goal like that and pursue it. I don’t see any reason to mock her, as some have done.
Some of the comments about that audio recording have been callous to an unhuman degree. None of you would have the stoicism in that situation that you demand from this girl. And again, there’s no reason to think stoicism would have magically kept the plane from falling out of the sky. Besides, she actually did seem pretty calm in that recording until the last few seconds, relative to the circumstance she was in. I don’t want my pilot to panic but I also don’t want them to be completely indifferent to the prospect of a fatal crash, as some commenters here apparently expect.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The co-pilot handled ATC radio calls as pilot monitoring; the 55-year-old captain was pilot in command/likely flying. NTSB investigation ongoing; weather major focus, no determination the co-pilot directed the plane into a storm or was at fault.
