This is one of the most astonishing statements I've ever seen/heard from an FBS coach. An old coaching truth is that every game comes down to 4–5 plays. Blowing NINE plays is disastrous. Incredible lack of accountability & expectations to hold the standard here.

My buddy texted me that he doesn't really care who FSU gets at coach, it's who they get at QB. And I kinda agree? And it struck me as a real NFL-shift in mindset. QB is more important than HC in NFL and it might be getting that way in CFB too.
