This is an important PSA for the likely abuse people will start swinging to each other during the AFL season and its something I'll pin to my page and re-direct to anyone who I see abusing others. Footy is fun, but its not worth threatening others over.
Back doing Movember this year an important cause close to my heart after years of battling mental health troubles myself. Continue to help myself and others fighting <3

I wrote this about 8 years ago but it still rings true. My battle with Grief, depression, hypervigilanty, anxiety, stress, binge eating all of it. I'm proud of how far I've come and I hope to help inspire others out there who are struggling.
So Konstas, Patterson and now Jack Clayton the main guys likely up for selection at this stage? Lots dependant on Smith batting 3 and if we want Head to still open as well id gather.
