Europe is developing its own Starlink alternative.
Canada is developing its own Starlink alternative.
What he did in Ukraine made one thing crystal clear: you cannot trust this man or his products.

Adjust for population & the “freeloading” rhetoric fails hard & fast:
- 🇨🇦s buy about US$8,000 per capita in US goods.
- 🇺🇸s buy about US$1,100 per capita in CDN goods.
That’s 7x MORE per capita.
Imagine a business insulting that type of committee customer.
Not smart.

Besides the invasion preparation piece, one thing that stands out is how laser-focused Carney is on removing any dependence on Starlink.
Ideally that should extend to all of US big tech. We need our own cloud, AI and payment infrastructure free of US control.

We are living through history.
Our former allies are dumping our bonds. Our enemies are restricting shipments of oil and fertilizer. And almost everyone is doing retaliatory tariffs against us.
All of this has been designed to make American voters feel pain. And, man, do we feel it over here. We cannot afford food or gas or housing. Farms are going bankrupt. No one can find work. Our economic outlook is scary. We're not used to this and we're panicking.
Is the world doing this to us because they hate us? No, they're doing it because they are suffering greatly under Trump's insane and capricious nonsense. They too are paying outrageous prices for food and gasoline. They are worried about their security, their ability to export goods, and their future. They want to stop the pain as fast as possible.
The quickest way to end this insanity is to turn American voters against Trump. If Trump can be impeached and convicted, this all stops.
So, we are witnessing the most massive, coordinated, multinational and, frankly, brilliant, effort to defeat evil since WWII. The entire world is doing a squeeze play against Donald Trump.
Donald thought the USA was superior to rest of the world and that the Mighty USA didn't need to cooperate with anyone and didn't need anyone's help. Donald is going to learn the hard way that the USA is powerful because of the world's help and cooperation. Modern human civilization is a massively interconnected and complicated endeavor. We all rely on each other for survival, whether we realize it or not.
Have fun in the midterms, Donnie.

A little reminder for our American friends: Canada supplies the United States 21 million litres of diesel and related fuels every day, thirteen times what it receives in return.
A ratio of 13:1
W diesel $6.57 in Iowa why doesn’t Pres Trump put an embargo on diesel exports like presidents in the 70s put embargoes on ag products bc food prices were inflated. High diesel prices ARE KILLING FARMERS INCOME #cornwatch #soybeanwatch

There was a time when Pink Floyd’s David Gilmour was earning so much money that he described the amount as “obscene.” He recalled how he would spend his mornings writing checks to charities, simply trying to find a meaningful way to use his enormous wealth. But one day, he decided to go even further. After selling his London home for £4.5 million, Gilmour donated the entire proceeds to Crisis, a charity helping homeless people. “I don’t need that money, and I just thought it would be the right thing to do,” he modestly explained.
Reflecting on life with his characteristic wisdom, Gilmour spoke about the simplicity he had come to value: “You start collecting Ferraris, then you have to buy buildings to put them in, and then you have to employ people to look after the people who look after all your possessions. Life becomes very complicated. And at some point — at least, that’s what happened to me — you find yourself thinking, ‘I don’t need any of this.’ And suddenly, life becomes simpler.”

It's amazing. Suddenly pro-Kremlin bots, trolls, and useful idiots are at the top of my news feed every time I sign in here. You'd think somebody pushed a button or something.

It’s Cypress, not “Cyprus.”
But for all the time you spend on luxury vacations in Europe, it's no surprise you don't know Texas.

Dear Trump voters,
It's truly ridiculous that anyone in 2026 - after ten years of Trump - would have to explain these facts to you but here I go anyway...

Wow, Ezra Levant looks like a complete buffoon here. He's stuttering over his words and rambling like your bigoted uncle at the dinner table while Destiny just owns him.
Ezra is trying to lie... badly at that. He thought Destiny won't know the truth but Destiny took him to school.
I am no fan of Destiny but this video is hilarious to watch.
