BREAKING:
Dr. Anthony Fauci is invoking the Fifth Amendment and declining to answer questions from senators in the Republican-led hearing about his handling of the COVID pandemic.
Fauci is accusing Rand Paul of having an "unhinged obsession" with him.
Though we'll continue to monitor Twitter/X for ballot reveals and link to those reveal tweets, this will be my final post here. My sincere thanks for your interest and engagement over these many years. 🙏✌️ [2/2]

The Oakland A’s were killed by greed. Do not allow the people responsible for this to spin it any other way. John Fisher did not have to move this team. Major League Baseball and its owners did not need to be complicit in it. This was a choice. A wrong one. History will sneer.
The ballots revealed by the BBWAA this morning have been added to the Tracker. Here are some notable public vs. private voter differences:

Incredibly sad news: former Tampa Tribune & Tampa Bay Times columnist Martin Fennelly, 65, passed away Friday from a heart attack. Martin was not only the best writer I ever knew, but the smartest, funniest & most compassionate person as well. RIP 💔
We just added the tenth post-announcement ballot to the Tracker. Included are two first-time voters and the third known Beltré-only ballot. Scroll down past the pre-announcement ballots to view the post-announcement section: tracker.fyi

75%? 80%? Such modesty from Beltré!
Adrian Beltre nearly blocked his wife's family chat thread ahead of Hall of Fame announcement.

Mild upset in #HOF forecasting world: By RMSE, the most accurate projections this year belonged to @ShutTheDore's naive Flip Rate model! Reigning champ @sarsdell had the lowest median error, however.
