A federal grand jury in Fort Pierce, Florida, has begun dragging high-profile suspects toward court in what conservative legal activist Mike Davis calls the greatest criminal conspiracy in American history, a coordinated campaign to destroy Donald Trump and keep him from office. The probe is looking into Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, James Clapper, and John Brennan, Davis said, adding, “It could be many charges against them and many others.” Investigators are tracing the alleged plot from the Russian collusion hoax through the Mar-a-Lago raid “and the ongoing cover up of this conspiracy, which continues the conspiracy by covering up.”
Davis argued the entire decade long operation is not a series of isolated political fights but one continuous crime against Trump’s civil rights. “You have violated federal civil rights statute, serious ones, conspiracy against rights under 18 U.S.C. § 241 and deprivation of rights under color of law under 242. These are federal felonies. They’re very serious,” he warned. In his telling, Obama-era intelligence officials, Clinton’s campaign apparatus, and Biden-era prosecutors and FBI leadership used the machinery of the state to frame a political rival, raid his home, and then conceal the original misconduct, each cover-up extending the conspiracy rather than ending it.
“Justice is coming,” Davis said in a dark warning to the names now in the grand jury’s sights. This is one big criminal conspiracy, he insisted, and the country cannot move on with press releases and “no one is above the law” slogans while the architects walk free. Americans who watched the hoax, the raid, and the lawfare campaign want prosecutions, prison time, and real accountability, not another round of elite immunity.
