Today, I was attacked by a member of the stand up to racism & socialist worker party with boiling liquid. I was labeled far-right, a fascist, a racist and antisemite by disgusting outlets a couple of days ago, and this morning I was scalded. I expect the person responsible for this attack to feel the FULL FORCE OF THE LAW. I expect the @metpoliceuk , the Prime Minister @andyburnham and the Home Secretary @ShabanaMahmood to act immediately to investigate and secure justice for the attacker. As Rupert Lowe has said from next week, we will arrange private security for our campaigning events in this by-election. Thank you to Rupert Lowe and the Restore Britain team for your continuous support to me and our brave volunteers throughout the day. These violent communists thugs should be proscribed NOW. We will not stand down, we will step up in our THOUSANDS to campaign for this seat.

The whole Macklemore–Palestine episode has thrown Ed Sheeran’s tour into chaos. It has raised serious questions. To what extent should venue owners and concert promoters be able to dictate what an artist can or cannot say on stage? We should also be alarmed that Ed Sheeran is being “cancelled” because he has not publicly expressed the ‘correct’ opinions strongly enough. As Ed Sheeran said: “I have my own personal views on this devastating conflict. Just because I choose not to speak publicly, it doesn’t mean I don’t have them.” Yet, because he does not choose to air those views publicly, the cancel-culture mob are after him. Now, ClassicHits Radio station in Ireland has refused to play Ed’s music for the foreseeable.

One hundred years of Marks & Spencer. Britain’s favourite high street store is showing its designs on the catwalk at London Fashion Week. The clothes may be popular but the decision to install mixed-sex changing rooms in its stores is not. Women all over the country have told us of their concerns that the women’s fitting rooms are no longer single-sex. Women taking their daughters for their first bra, or for a suitable post-mastectomy bra, or who just don’t want to be in the presence of a male while they’re getting undressed are being failed by M&S. We wrote to M&S chairman Archie Norman with our concerns and we’re still waiting for a reply… Mr Norman did reply to a letter from @Baroness_Nichol with assurances that women-only changing would be provided in the womenswear department. There’s been no action on that promise. Our campaign for single-sex changing rooms continues. The safest changing room is a single-sex changing room.
