✊🏾 @elonmusk @XCreators @grok Formal Complaint Regarding Revenue-Sharing Program Changes and Lack of Clarity in Original Content Creator Monetisation FORMAL NOTICE OF INTENDED LEGAL CLAIM AND DEMAND FOR CLARIFICATION To: Elon Musk, Owner/Executive of X X Corp I write to formally raise concerns regarding the manner in which X has introduced, amended and/or discontinued its creator revenue programmes, particularly the Revenue Sharing Programme and the subsequent Original Content Creator Programme. As a Subscriber who has invested significant time, effort and resources for the X platform, I am concerned by the lack of transparency and clarity surrounding the requirements for monetisation and the subsequent changes to the revenue programmes. In particular, the following matters require urgent clarification: Retirement of the Revenue Sharing Programme Creators have built their content strategies and invested substantial time and resources based on the existence of X's revenue-sharing programme. The retirement or substantial alteration of the programme raises legitimate concerns regarding how creators who relied upon the programme are expected to transition and whether outstanding or reasonably anticipated earnings are being fairly addressed. X has introduced an Original Content Creator Programme without providing sufficiently clear, consistent and objectively understandable rules defining what constitutes eligible "original content." Creators should be provided with clear criteria explaining what content qualifies for monetisation, what content is excluded, how eligibility is determined, and how enforcement decisions are made. Where creators have participated in programmes under previously communicated requirements, subsequent changes to eligibility, monetisation or content standards should be communicated clearly and applied transparently. Creators should not be expected to invest substantial resources into producing content for a monetisation programme where the qualifying criteria can subsequently be interpreted or altered without adequate notice or explanation. I therefore formally request that X provide written clarification regarding: The precise rules governing the Original Content Creator Programme. A clear definition of what X considers "original content", The criteria used to determine whether a creator's content qualifies for monetisation. The reasons for retiring or changing the previous Revenue Sharing Programme. If X is unable or unwilling to provide a satisfactory response and transparent explanation, I reserve all rights available to me, including the right to seek appropriate legal advice available under applicable law in relation to the representations made to creators, changes to monetisation arrangements, transparency of programme requirements and any financial losses arising from the matters described above. This letter should therefore be treated as a formal notice of complaint and notice of intended legal claims.

I believe we need to draw a line between “my body, my choice”and understanding that certain environments, especially those involving children, call for appropriate and respectful dressing. You have every right to express yourself through your clothing, but context and consideration still matter. This is simply a terrible choice of outfit for the setting. There are ways to dress confidently and stylishly while still showing respect for the environment and the people around you.
As long as you're happy chommy

I love her reaction. You can tell she was already imagining herself wearing that dress. 😂❤️
I just saw a video of a cute little girl excited to receive a dress from her father. She even hugged him to show her appreciation. 🥰❤️
