Creating Notion Teamspace guides with Codex is absolutely bonkers. Like one or two modifications from one-shotting this for clients.
Proof I don't write ai slop: I use the word "deeply" like 13 times in this post. 🫠
Can't say how excited I am (but also not surprised) about how deeply the @NotionHQ team is deeply thinking through this.
EVERY client is grappling with this today, trying to tackle a basic question: how do we empower team members to leverage AI without ending up in individual siloes?

New episode of the Small Talk podcast with @mschoening: 🧩 Plugins
Software plugins are evolving a lot right now. What's up with the new breed of self-modifying systems in 2026? And what are the enduring challenges?
I didn’t get why a team would decide to delete @notionhq meeting transcripts immediately after the meeting. More context is always better, right?
Then I started getting feedback that employees are more guarded when they know every word is being transcribed.
For a few clients, we decided to delete transcripts immediately. It's subtle but there's definitely been an impact on meeting culture.
The catch now is that the summary is now the only record, which means we've had to really dial in our meeting skills to pull what actually matters.
Food for thought!
I think this is the first thing I've vibe coded that has been actually useful, I totally missed most of these @NotionHQ updates.
The Google Meet add-on to label speakers...I needed this one! 👏🏼
I bought a teleprompter and started looking for good iPad apps to use with it.
They all seemed overpriced for what they did.
Then I vibe coded one in 10 minutes (literally same exact features).
Software is not going anywhere, but these specialized products are going to have a hard time.
Forever bullish on @NotionHQ. 🐂
Who’s heading to the @eMergeAmericas AI Summit today?!
I don’t know anyone here so if we see each other let’s high five! 🖐🏼
MIAMI AI SUMMIT IS SOLD OUT. AGAIN. 🔥
Sold out last year. Sold out again this year. Miami, you showed up!
Building this community has been meaningful from day one. Seeing so many people come together around AI makes me incredibly proud of what we’re building here.
To all our partners, thank you for believing in this vision and helping make it happen.
To the entire eMerge Americas team, thank you for the work, care, and energy behind every detail. I’m grateful to build this with you.
To everyone in the community who shared a post, invited a friend, made an introduction, or helped spread the word: you helped fill this room.
And to our speakers, thank you for bringing your ideas, experience, and time to Miami. I can’t wait for the conversations ahead.
October 23. Loews Coral Gables. Let’s make it count. 🚀
If you missed your chance to join us at the Summit, we’ll see you at eMerge Americas. There’s so much more ahead!
P.S. The only way left to be part of this year’s Miami AI Summit is as an exhibitor. Want to showcase what you’re building? DM me!

A few weeks ago I started tracking every @NotionHQ update: features, connectors, skills. It was WAY too much to keep up with.
Meanwhile, my notioncoach [dot] com site was collecting dust.
So I smashed the two together. The new feed is one place for every Notion update, updated daily. Enjoy!
I'm still defaulting to Codex but Claude Projects is very well done, it pretty much solves all the headaches of switching between Claude and Claude Code, and bouncing between desktop and mobile.
It’s been 12 hours and I still cannot wrap my head around the fact that Tesla built a flying car.
Top Gear got early access to the new Tesla Roadster with Franz and Lars. youtube.com/watch?v=JdkIOhFm…
