Thursday already?
the week is moving, but so are we.
still chasing goals, making moves, learning things,
and finding reasons to keep going.
let's get into it.

think about how many students know they got something wrong but never really understand where they went wrong.
that's a gap worth solving.
I like what @LoWisadev is exploring here: using AI to turn mistakes into learning opportunities, not just another opportunity to generate answers.
because the real win isn't getting the answer right. It's understanding well enough to get it right yourself.
worth watching.
check out what they're building and share it with someone who cares about the future of education.
@MetaforDevs
AI is getting smarter every day. But are we becoming better thinkers?
And what about our children?
For generations, a failed exam has told students what they got wrong, but rarely shown them how to truly master it.
A single failed question can become years of lost confidence.
We built From Exam to Mastery at @LoWisadev to change that.
Using Meta AI, we turn failed answers into understanding, independent thinking, and real-world practice.
Not AI thinking for us. AI making us better thinkers.
๐ฌ Watch what we have built for the #MetaAIHackathon.
If you believe AI should strengthen human intelligence, not replace it, help us share this with the world. @MetaforDevs @cerebral_valley

is this even for me?
that's a question that's been running through my mind for quite a long time.
but you know how mindset works? I've always found a way to reassure myself.
you'll win one day, Sammie.
one day turned into a week, a week turned into weeks, weeks turned into months.
and boom, here I am, seven months into my full comeback to Web3.
quite a journey, but where exactly is the green? ๐
I can still remember how everything started.
from trying to figure out which niche to venture into, to becoming an active member of the Solflare Empire.
Scout, Guardian, then Watcher.
I wanted more, so I started taking my X seriously.
tried different things, watched how some really good writers put their thoughts together, studied their writing styles and slowly started finding my feet as a writer.
then came the contests.
lol, I lost almost every single one I've participated in. Not even a consolation prize to hold on to. ๐ญ
somewhere around late June, I discovered job hunting.
wasn't even taking it that seriously at first because I still believed my breakthrough would come from thread contests and bounties.
hish hish dey play. ๐
lost those too.
but I didn't stop there.
started looking for opportunities, joined different hunting classes, from Vibez Class to Teaona, Caroline and others I've honestly lost count of.
watched YouTube videos on job hunting, went through different materials, including Parella's.
I was really trying to understand how this whole thing works.
eventually, I landed my first gig as a Growth Strategist.
we grew the community from around 20+ members to over 400+.
and I'm genuinely grateful to the team I worked with.
but guess who didn't get paid?
ME. ๐๐ญ
got a few other opportunities afterwards?
paid?
big NO.
at this point, I don't even know whether to laugh or cry. ๐
I tried again and again.
pitched to projects, got left on seen, ignored, sometimes completely snubbed.
I also started writing about early-stage projects, thinking it could help me get noticed, build connections and possibly open some doors.
wrote quite a bunch.
guess what?
ZERO FEEDBACK. ๐ญ
and that's where that question keeps finding its way back into my head.
๐ถ๐ ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐บ๐ฒ?
sometimes, I genuinely wonder if there's a secret place where people go to hunt for projects and opportunities.
because how are some people finding these opportunities? what am I missing? ๐
but before anyone starts thinking I'm packing my bags, NO.
I'm not leaving Web3.
I'm just demoted. ๐ญ๐
right now, I'm trying to approach things differently.
connecting with people I feel I can learn from, getting my hands on more learning materials and actively showing up in Yoshai's hunting classes.
and ngl, I'm getting more confident.
I've started identifying some of the things I wasn't getting right, and I'm working on them.
I don't want to keep doing the same things and expect a different outcome.
I want to understand where the gap is, what I need to improve and how to position myself better.
and here's where I'd genuinely appreciate your input.
if you've been in this space for a while, what do you think I might be getting wrong?
what should I pay more attention to?
if you have experience with landing gigs, pitching, positioning yourself or finding opportunities, I'd love to learn from you.
also, if anyone is willing to take me under their wing, offer some tutoring or mentorship, I'm very much open to it.
I'm not coming with the mindset that I know it all. I'm willing to learn, unlearn and put in the work.
and if there's a team or project that thinks I could be a good fit, I'm open to opportunities too.
BUT PLEASEEEEE.
make nobody come and tell me KEEP BUILDING, KEEP PUSHING, YOUR TIME WILL COME in the comments ooo. ๐ญ๐ญ
once I see that motivational speech, I'll just enter your DM and drop my Addy.
