Take a moment to listen to the President of NSAM, Theresa Brandon as she explains the definition of a service animal & the recent bipartisan bill that passed allowing us to move forward w/ a monument to honor our Nation's Service Animals & their handlers. lnkd.in/eberWcMu

Here's a service animal who works only 1 day a year, Punxsutawney Phil who'll decide whether we're in for 6 more weeks of Winter or an early Spring. Legend says that if he sees his shadow, winter will continue, but if he doesn't see it, Spring will soon be here.

Today is NASA’s Day of Remembrance to remember & honor the crews of Apollo 1, the space shuttle Challenger & Columbia. Let’s remember & honor the chimpanzees, dogs, & other animals sacrificed for the space program before humans entered space. Thank you to all (past & present)

Today is a good day for our pets, why? It’s Change a Pet’s Life Day & Nat'l Peanut Butter Day (make sure it's free of Xylitol, a sugar substitute found in lower or sugar-free products). Make your pet happy & change their life by giving them some extra peanut butter.

As our children return to school, surely, they're interested in getting back into the grind of education knowing Spring Break is coming. Make it fun by adding our activities to teach about Service Animals & their handlers. lnkd.in/dWvXakQj

A win-win for your children & shelter pets. As your child learns to read, some animal shelters will allow your child to read to the dogs. This encourages your child & helps the shelter dogs to be more adoptable. fearfreehappyhomes.com/readi… Does your local shelter have this program?
