The general conditions on contract taken out on Willow Grove are in black and white there is no reading between the lines.
Demolish the building then remove it from site.
And infrastructure approached this company to do the works.

You can only be suspicious when the national heritage listing of the #parramatta #femalefactory was delayed after the heritage committee recommended its inclusion months before while the light rail DA was submitted in that period ….

Did the @maasmuseum EIS comply with the SEARS? Is Willow Grove destined for a storage container or remain in rightful place on Phillip St? Judgment in @NthParraRAG v INSW+@RobStokesMP handed down via email at 10am Fri 16 July. The decision will be uploaded to Caselaw soon after.
JUDGEMENT ON WILLOW GROVE FATE RESERVED
In an an all day zoom hearing Judgement was reserved till all three justices have time to confer and write their decision.
Until then- the full injunction on any physical works in grounds of Willow Grove remains.
