A friend here in the UK asked me if I knew of any jobs offering sponsorship, so I sent him a link to one I’d heard about.
He checked the job advert and said, “But they clearly stated in bold that they don’t offer sponsorship.”
I told him another friend had got the same job and received sponsorship, but my guy was still skeptical and almost didn’t apply.
Eventually, he decided to give it a shot. He took all three tests and passed. He got the job, and when they sent him the forms to complete his checks, one of the questions asked if he required sponsorship. He said yes and filled out the rest of the paperwork.
My guy was still a doubting Thomas.
A week later, they emailed him his start date and salary and told him to expect a separate email from the team handling sponsorship.
My guy wan craze with joy!
Guess who received his Certificate of Sponsorship today? HIM!!!
Information is golden.

That Is Not Faith.
"Dress and act like your miracle before it happens". Oh really. You are having delay in childbirth and you are told to go and buy baby things and keep, to talk like a woman with a baby already, in other words, act your miracle. That, my dear sister is not faith and it has no effect on the occurrence of miracle.
You are poor, you can't afford to travel from Kubwa to Maitama every Sunday for worship in a porsche church without emptying your pocket, but you do it anyway because you have to act your miracle. That is not faith.
A poor man behaving like a rich man in anticipation of becoming rich is not fait. That's why broke people who come to beg for money will, always say " Please lend me 5k I'm too rich now". They were forbidden by their prophets to say 'I'm broke or poor' because they have to talk and act their miracle before it happens. That is not faith.
The woman with the issue of blood didn't act like she didn't have it before Jesus healed her. Blind Bartimaeus didn't act like he could see before Jesus cured him. Peter's mother in law didn't act like she was healthy before Jesus healed her. The list continues.
Miracles don't come by you acting like they are there. This is how many of you get scammed and initiated into the brotherhood and sisterhood of delusional believers. Motivational speeches can be good when they are, the Gospel is not motivational speech.
Faith means being calm, fine and okay while waiting on God for any miracle. It means putting up stoically and refusing to be miserable as long as that situation lasts. Faith means refusing to give up on God no matter what.
Faith for miracle is not a drama of pretending to be who you are not, pretending to have what you don't have yet. Most importantly, there is no formula for miracles. Una no dey ever hear word.

I stumble on TikToks of people who planned for kids and i wish more people talked about it, I’m seeing couples change eating habits, embrace fitness, save for their kids expenses, intentionally move to areas with good zip codes for school sake, heck even plan what time in the year they’re conceiving, to ensure they’re born in the right timeframe for school. It’s alot of work that goes into kids!

Texted her on LinkedIn and told her I’ll like to join her team as I see she’s the head of settlement in her organization
She gave me her number to call her and we spoke on phone and asked why I wanted to join and after the conversation she said she understands my view
Asked for my cv weeks later and the rest is history
This has always been my template and how I’ve always taught anyone I know to look for jobs
Add them up; text them; out of 10, only 2 might respond and one of those 2 might be the one who will change your life
In between the recruitment process; I still got a rejection mail from another organization by way who told me my interview presentation was solid and gave me hope but it’s a numbers game and you have to be MENTALLY TOUGH to not allow yourself break
You don’t win if you don’t try
