It is very normal to wrestle with the desire to feel seen, heard, and understood but we often jump to satisfying that desire in other human beings, accolades, or titles vs creating recognition through creation that comes from our most unadulterated...
...selves (work or action that is intrinsically driven). While it may seem indirect to feel seen by attending to your own intrinsic drive, it is how to develop a self that can be seen in the right way, the way our soul's actually crave.

After many false starts and delays, my book The Independent Scholar has now been typeset and is being emailed to all who preordered.
Just about everyone today assumes that to produce a lasting body of work, one must pass through a "credible" institution and secure a certain kind of job, patron, publisher, or grant.
But the historical record shows otherwise.
Twas much harder than I anticipated, and I'm all too aware of its remaining imperfections, but overall I'm pleased with the result.
