Quenton Nelson understandably gets a lot of attention but Braden Smith going from college guard to solid NFL RT as a rookie is extremely impressive.

Chiefs G Laurent Duvernay-Tardif, who just graduated from med school, didn’t initially join the football team at McGill, but his grades suffered. “I realized then I need football in my life to balance it,” he says. “If I stop one or the other, I am done.” trib.al/3ewZa4J

Yep, Frank Reich is IND's HC. Trap/TE Wham! Nelson's first pancake is against Geno Atkins, who is unable to root his feet after the POA & got driven back. His heel looks to have got caught up the RG, but that's impressive jolt & strength from the rookie:

.@Eagles #JasonPeters had a dominant evening from the 1st play to the game winning @JayTrain TD Run. How does anyone in any profession come back from a major injury and return 11 months later to supremacy? #BaldyBreakdowns – at Stillwater, OK

Alabama tackle 74 Jedrick Wills has a chance to be an elite run blocker. This combo of strike, leverage & drive is pretty.

Kyle Long with the finish, the pancake, and then the staredown! 😂😂😂 @Ky1eLong
Also, Chicago will be pleasantly surprised by Trey Burton in the run game.

So here's a play that my 49ers client Raheem Mostert got an unnecessary roughness penalty on last night for leading with his head... Is this really the way we want to affect the outcome of games this season?
