The Special Competitive Studies Project @scsp_ai has just published the U.S.-India Tech Bridge Map.
It follows how the U.S.-India AI and Emerging Technology Compact, released by SCSP and ORF America (@ORFAmerica) in February 2026, is turning into real projects across 14 sectors.
A few things caught my attention. The flow is not one way. Innovaccer, founded in India, now supports 96,000 American clinicians in more than 1,600 U.S. hospitals. Quantum is also further along than I expected: Rigetti's 108-qubit system is now part of the national supercomputing network of India's C-DAC, and India has moved toward certain U.S. post-quantum cryptography standards. Agreeing on standards may matter more than any single investment.
Technology the two countries build together already reaches more than 32 countries, which makes the partnership relevant well beyond Washington and New Delhi.
