OTC Sol presents a better way to execute OTC trades Either you have ETH, USDC, or USDT You can now execute with any asset you have in your possession.
INTRODUCING MULTITAKER ON OTC SOL One order, multiple ways to execute. With Multitaker, traders can create an order and set up to 3 different assets for execution. For example: A trader creates an order on Solana and sets: 🔹 ETH 🔹 USDT 🔹 USDC A taker interested in the order can execute using whichever of these assets they have available No need to hold just one specific asset to participate. ✅ More flexibility for traders ✅ More options for takers ✅ Up to 3 asset execution options per order OTC trading just got more flexible. OTC vs DEX What's the difference? Traditional AMM swaps use liquidity pools. Large orders can experience price impact and slippage. OTC Sol takes a different approach: - AMM: Swap against a liquidity pool. - OTC Sol: Trade directly with a counterparty at zero slippage and price impact. - OTC Sol: Use smart-contract escrow to facilitate settlement. When you're moving huge size, understanding your execution options matters. Not every trade needs a swap. Trade Size Without Nuking Chart with OTC Sol: otcsol.com/dashboard/trades

OTC Sol is not another AMM the distinction really matters. OTC Sol is a decentralized OTC trading desk built for direct, fixed-price trades. Here's a basic breakdown of what I mean 🧵👇

Everything you ever need to know about OTC; What if don't have to do OTC with trust hoping the other person won't fly away with you your money. @OTCSol_com now gives you an escrow transaction that changes everything. Assets go into the contract first. Neither party can yank their side out while the other is still exposed. Settlement happens because the contract were written before anyone clicked confirm, not because someone felt generous after they already got paid. That’s the difference between “I trust you” and “the transaction is enforced.” On OTC fees are cheap, finality is fast, and you’re not waiting twenty minutes wondering if the other wallet is even still online. OTC shouldn’t feel like a back-alley handshake with extra steps. If the rails are actually trust-minimized, bigger tickets become normal instead of stressful. That’s the whole point and it is what @OTCSol_com is building.
When people hear OTC (over-the-counter) trading, one of the first thing that comes to their mind is: “Can I actually trust the person on the other side of the trade?” That question is important because OTC transactions often involve two parties exchanging assets directly. Unlike a normal exchange where the platform manages the trade execution, a traditional peer-to-peer OTC deal can leave both parties exposed. One party could send their asset and wait for payment. The other could send payment and wait for the asset. And if one side fails to deliver, the other party may have very little protection. This is where escrow becomes extremely important. 🔐 What Is Escrow? Escrow is essentially a neutral holding mechanism that keeps the assets involved in a transaction secured until the agreed conditions of the trade are satisfied. With smart-contract escrow, this process can happen on-chain. Instead of trusting: “I promise I'll send the SOL after you send the USDC.” the transaction can be structured so that the smart contract controls the assets according to predefined rules. That changes the trust model. You're no longer relying entirely on the person you're trading with. You're relying on the rules encoded into the transaction. The Problem With Traditional OTC Trading Imagine Alice wants to buy 10 SOL from Bob for $1,500 USDC. Without an escrow mechanism, Alice might send the USDC first. Bob now has two choices: ✅ Send the 10 SOL ❌ Disappear with the USDC Bob faces the same risk if he sends the SOL first. This is known as counterparty risk; the possibility that the other party fails to fulfill their side of the agreement. For larger OTC transactions, this risk becomes even more significant. 🛡️ How Smart-Contract Escrow Helps With smart-contract escrow, the transaction can be designed so that neither party simply takes the other's assets and walks away. A simplified OTC transaction could look like this: 1. Trade is created Alice and Bob agree on: > Asset being sold > Amount > Price > Wallets involved >Transaction conditions 2. Assets enter escrow > The agreed assets are deposited into the smart contract. 3. Smart contract verifies the conditions > The contract follows its programmed rules rather than relying on someone's promise. 4. Settlement occurs > Once the required conditions are satisfied, the assets are released to their respective parties. The goal is simple: Reduce the amount of trust required between counterparties. Why This Matters for OTC Sol This is one of the important ideas behind OTC Sol. OTC trading shouldn't simply be: “Find someone → send assets → hope they pay.” The objective is to create a more structured environment where participants can complete OTC transactions with better security, transparency and reduced counterparty exposure. Smart-contract escrow can help transform the experience from: “Trust the person” to “Trust the transaction mechanism.” OTC markets are becoming increasingly important as traders and investors look for ways to execute larger or more structured transactions. But liquidity alone isn't enough, participants also need confidence in the settlement process. That's why escrow matters. Let OTC Sol be your on-chain escrow. You can OTC any token on Solana blockchain $BONK, $ANSEM, $JUP, $CATE, etc... In as much as the token is launched on solana blockchain Main reason for OTC teck is to reduce chart nuking Whales can exit the market peaceful without having negative impact on the chart. @blknoiz06 @slingoorio @PoorGoat_ @frankdegods @weremeow this is a good tech that your community can explore and utilize.
OTC vs DEX OTC: → Buyer & seller agree on terms → Trade happens directly → Smart-contract escrow → Zero market impact → Better for large positions DEX: → Large buy = price moves up → Large sell = price moves down → Slippage → MEV exposure → Market gets the signal DEXs are built for liquidity. OTC is built for size.
