The First Amendment stops The Government from punishing you for your opinions. It doesn’t force the host of a private stream to let you run the chat.
I’m one of Gary’s mods and I can assure you he’d agree with me and the rest of us in our decisions. Timeouts exist so the stream doesn’t turn into an unmoderated mess.
