So now it’s not about “toxic community” because they’ve thoroughly lost that argument, NOW it’s “you’re not even good at the game!”
Give it up, yall lost this one. Retail’s right there either stay there or learn to assimilate

You lived long enough to see World of Warcraft be reclaimed by the chuds and saw the conquest of Harry Potter, taking it from the wokes. Their "it's making fun of you" revisionism doesn't work anymore. Companies are making products catering to their actual customers again. Culture is healing.
You have no excuse to blackpill.
“It’s not happening” phase
T-1 month to “ok maybe it’s happening but not a lot” then “ it’s happening and it’s good”
As insane as it sounds, this is very, very likely to be one of the next big hot-button culture wars the right focuses on: stopping children from estranging their parents.
Spend a little time trawling through Facebook and you'll find hundreds of "support groups" for estranged parents of adult children, who are fully convinced not only that they did nothing wrong to deserve the estrangement, but that there's some sort of "estrangement epidemic" going on in America and that the therapy industry is evil and brainwashed their children to do it. You're starting to see op-eds about this in places like the Wall Street Journal too.
This is total nonsense, obviously. There's no evidence of an epidemic of estrangement, reputable therapists do not advise patients for or against estranging anyone, and it usually takes an enormous amount of trauma or abuse to convince someone to cut off their own parents.
In truth, all that's really happening is that social media is letting estranged parents connect with each other and build their own information bubbles in a way they couldn't before.
But this sort of thing has real potential as a culture war issue for the GOP. A huge chunk of their base are aging Gen X and Boomers who are at the right age to lose access to grandkids if estranged. Studies show that ever since the rise of MAGA, liberals are more likely than conservatives to cut family members out of their lives. And something like 80-90% of mental health professionals — whom many of these parents blame for estrangement — identify as politically liberal.
All of the pieces are there for this issue to become a huge, center-stage grievance for the right. We could increasingly see Republicans push for new restrictions on therapy, or new laws to make it easier for grandparents to sue for visitation of their grandkids in estrangement cases.
And yes, keep an eye on Florida, the state all the country's wealthy conservative grandparents retire to, if you want to look for where this movement might really start gathering steam.
WHY??? Why aren’t millions of people taking to the streets in the US right now because of Trump?
My god, I genuinely don’t understand how everyone just carries on as though everything is normal. From over here in the UK, it is genuinely baffling to watch. When did people become this numb? What is it going to take for Americans to finally say enough is enough and stand up?
P.S: You've just gone state media.

September 10, 2025, changed America’s history forever.
One year ago, our founder, our leader, and our friend, Charlie Kirk, was assassinated while doing what he had devoted his life to: standing before young Americans and challenging them to think, to speak, and to have the courage to stand for what they believe.
There are no words that can adequately describe what this past year has been like.
We have had to learn how to carry on without the person who was at the center of everything we do. We have celebrated milestones that Charlie should have been here to celebrate. We have stood on stages where his voice should have been heard. We have watched his children grow without their father there to see it. And we have felt the weight of his absence in ways that never seem to get easier.
For the people who knew and loved Charlie, September 10 will never simply be an anniversary. It is the day our lives were changed forever.
Today, our hearts are especially with Erika, Charlie’s children, the Kirk family, and the countless people who loved him. No organization, movement, or mission can replace what was taken from them. We will never forget the unimaginable loss they continue to carry.
But we also remember Charlie for how he lived.
Charlie’s faith was at the center of who he was. He believed deeply in God and trusted that his life was guided by a meaningful purpose. Charlie’s faith in Christ was his armor, which no assassin could overcome. He believed in life everlasting, and it was this unshakable faith that gave him a courage that was impossible to miss. He was willing to walk into difficult rooms, have uncomfortable conversations, and stand firmly for what he believed because he wanted others to know the hope and truth he had in Jesus. Charlie died a martyr for Christ.
Charlie believed America was worth fighting for, that young people could change the course of a nation, and that speech would only remain free if exercised. Always leading by example, he was fearless in the pursuit of truth—no matter the cost. No one taught this generation how to fight the good fight better than Charlie Kirk.
Turning Point shares those beliefs and will never abandon them. Charlie never gave up, and neither will we. Turning Point will continue to grow and meet milestones that Charlie dreamed of.
Today, we are not focused on the chapter numbers, the headlines, or the accomplishments. Today, we remember an incredible patriot, a husband, a father, and a man whose faith gave him the courage to spend his life serving a purpose he believed was bigger than himself.
We miss him.
We grieve him.
And we will never forget him.
One year later, Turning Point remains committed to carrying forward the work Charlie began.
For Charlie. Always.
