Delhi, India. A music teacher from Manipur beaten to death at Kilokari under Sunlight colony police station, South Delhi. Chongtham Vikram has been residing in the area for atleast 10years in the area. He objected to loud noises and nuisance created in front of his house. What happened was around 7/8 people beaten him brutally. Vikram was living with his son and wife. His son rushed him to nearby hospital but he succumbed.

It mentions the assaults but leaves out that the victims are migrant women and girls, and that the perpetrators include both Ceuta Spanish locals and migrants. That’s not a small detail.
