I will never understand how brands and companies can go all out to pay influencers millions just to make a few posts that requires little to no effort whatsoever to promote their brands, but will pay their hardworking staffs peanuts as salaries; It's even sadder that the accumulated (annual) salary of a staff sometimes doesn't come close to what the influencer is paid for a post or two. Just seems unfair.
