Swiped: The School That Banned Smartphones is an important documentary about the negative effects of smart phones on kids. Phones are changing behaviours and development. I’d support a smart phone ban for under 16s #C4swiped @Channel4 @drchatterjeeuk @EmmaWillis

Our culture prizes speed, results and never disconnecting from technology. What does Jesus say about hurry and about slowing down? I spoke about this at Church on Sunday subsplash.com/thecitychurch/…

He said he needs a new assistant so I’m stepping up…

Sometimes we don’t share our faith in Jesus because we seem to get ambivalent responses most of the time. I hope this story from last night a few thousand feet in the air coming back from Rome encourages you. It’s encouraged me!

Joshua 10 teaches us that our Christian life is a battle but our God fights for us in the battle subsplash.com/thecitychurch/…

Nay was my line manager when I was Staff Worker for UCCF 09-12. At first I felt like a fish out of water being a charismatic & creative. Nay convinced me to stay. I actually had a wonderful 3 yrs with her & UCCF but I know friends who didn't. She's been v honest here, thanks Nay

YES I've still got some CDs in my cupboard and YES I am using the same picture from last time. I couldn't bring myself to put the turkey outfit on again... "You Hold the World" on CD for just £5 including P&P! worshipjesus.co.uk/christmas…

I was speaking this morning at our all age service and I was wearing the microphone headset ready to go. A girl who is friends with my Daughter came up to me and said “Olly, why are you wearing that? Is that your hearing aid?” I wish I was quick enough to reply with “pardon?”

Really disappointed by these delays to green targets for electric cars & heat pumps from 2030 to 2035. The UK needs to be leading the way in getting to net zero & helping people switch with grants not just kicking the can down the road by 5 years

So proud of Kirsty who led worship for the first time this morning and for Caleb who played electric guitar for the first time in a Church setting. Rose even joined in too! Grateful to get to do this with my fam

I love that the first thanks goes to God

I got to chat all things photography, music, family and my faith in God on the latest This is Reportage Podcast. Have a listen whether you're into photography or not! thisisreportage.com/podcast-…

“I delight greatly in the Lord; my soul rejoices in my God. For he has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of his righteousness” Isaiah 61:10

I've been a Christian 22 years and I'd never heard a talk on friendship before. I was asked to speak on this at Church on Sunday and I try to make the case for friendship not just being a luxury for some but an essential for all. subsplash.com/thecitychurch/…

Hans Hans Hans! What a show 😍🤯 #hanszimmer

Over the last few years there’s one preacher who I’ve listened to more than any other whilst I’ve been out running. Today he’s gone to be with his Saviour. Maybe in eternity I’ll get to run with him in person enjoying the new creation together. Grateful for Tim Keller
