As part of its ongoing commitment to Transforming Businesses to Enrich Societies, Hana Al Maani, AVP – Head of Investor Relations at Ominvest and the MEIRA Oman Chapter Head participated at the Middle East Investor Relations Association Oman Chapter Meeting held on 19th April 2026. The meeting was hosted by Oman Cables Industry at its Global Sustainability Academy, in collaboration with Muscat Stock Exchange. The session convened Investor Relations leaders, CEOs, and key market stakeholders for a focused exchange on transparency, governance, ESG reporting practices, and long-term value creation, reflecting the evolving role of Investor Relations in strengthening the credibility and efficiency of Oman’s capital markets. The meeting aims to strengthen transparency and long-term value creation, while contributing to a more sustainable and resilient capital market. في إطار التزام أومينفست المستمر نحو تطوير الأعمال والنهوض بالمجتمع، شاركت هناء المعني، مساعد نائب الرئيس – مسؤول علاقات المستثمرين في الشركة، ورئيس فرع عُمان في جمعية علاقات المستثمرين في الشرق الأوسط (MEIRA)، في اجتماع فرع عُمان للجمعية، والذي عُقد بتاريخ 19 أبريل 2026. وقد استضافت شركة صناعة الكابلات العُمانية هذا الاجتماع في الأكاديمية العالمية للاستدامة التابعة لها، وذلك بالتعاون مع بورصة مسقط. وشهدت الجلسة مشاركة قادة علاقات المستثمرين، والرؤساء التنفيذيين، وعدد من أبرز المعنيين في السوق، حيث تناولت نقاشات مركّزة حول الشفافية، والحوكمة، وممارسات الإفصاح المرتبطة بالحوكمة البيئية والاجتماعية والمؤسسية (ESG)، إلى جانب تعزيز خلق القيمة على المدى الطويل. ويعكس هذا الاجتماع الدور المتنامي لعلاقات المستثمرين في دعم مصداقية وكفاءة أسواق رأس المال في سلطنة عُمان، كما يهدف إلى تعزيز الشفافية وتحقيق قيمة مستدامة طويلة الأجل، بما يسهم في بناء سوق رأس مال أكثر استدامة ومرونة
