Shout out to the BE Productions and @TourismAus teams producing #LivefromAus from the OnAir studio this weekend. It’s a marathon production with great content from around the country.

Hi @TransportforNSW , I reported problems with lack of NTP sync for @SydneyMetro LED clocks a few weeks ago. I noticed this still isn’t fixed. It’s a potential billing issue for those that tap on in the difference period!

Replying to @SydneyMetro
@SydneyMetro could we have a quiet carriage... where all the speakers are muted or significantly turned down? Frequent users really don’t need to be screamed at every morning. The visual signage is excellent, whereas the audio is highly intrusive and mostly unnecessary.

PS- underneath a much quieter speaker, car 0504. If only they were all this quiet... should be (and is) easier in the era of networked audio.
We spoke to soon. Announcements on @SydneyMetro still on ludicrous mode on some trains. Obviously a different audio config on each? #hearingloss

Loving @SydneyMetro, but don’t forget your earplugs or headphones. There’s some serious SPL coming out from the door beepers and poorly balanced announcements (some so loud they are almost painful). Pity we can’t have quiet carriages and hearing loops for those that need audio.
