Thank you, Vancouver.
Thank you to each and every Vancouverite who decided to exercise their right to decide what kind of future they want for the city.
We have spent the better part of the last year working toward today, and now it's in your hands.
Thank you, Sherry. For your kindness, your thoughtfulness, and for fighting for the kids who need support in our school system from day 1. Your ideas and your care for students in this city will be carried to VSB for the next four years.
Congratulations, Steve! Our final school board candidate to cross the line, rounding out three of the OneCity team headed to the VSB this fall.
Thank you Iona, Jarrett, Frances, and Caitlin. You are all some of the most experienced, hardworking people in the city, and you ran a campaign that was authentic, rooted in the belief that City Hall can be more. Your voices and your ideas have made this party better.
To Christopher, the youngest candidate to run in this race, you showed everyone that age is not always experience, nor of work ethic. Thank you for running a campaign that was about finding a voice for students and families in the VSB. This will not be the last we hear from you.
And with that, OneCity has (almost) tripled its representation on School Board. Congratulations to Krista and Rory, who ran campaigns that show that School Board is a place for compassion and openness. We are so grateful to have you leading our schools for the next four years.
Thank you Iona, Jarrett, Frances, and Caitlin. You are all some of the most experienced, hardworking people in the city, and you ran a campaign that was rooted in the belief that City Hall can be more. Your voices and your ideas have made this party, and this election, better.
To our fearless incumbent Councillor, Lucy Maloney - Congratulations. Your steadfast support and passion for this city is unmatched, and we are all so lucky to have you representing us at City Hall for another four years.
To our amazing Park Board Candidates: Tyler, John, and Dominic. Thank you.
You ran campaigns that were built on genuine care and love for our city and its parks. Your work will carry on long beyond today.
Warmest congratulations to Mayor-elect @ptfry - Vancouverites voted for change this election, and we're so glad to see a progressive in the mayor's chair.
Now that the polls are closed, it's time to celebrate! Join us at the Pleasant (2434 Main St.) for some poutine, some drinks, and some of the best vibes this city has to offer.
Just 44 minutes left in Vancouver's election - you can still get in line anytime before 8 and be allowed to vote.
City Hall governs housing choice, how you travel around the city, if you have access to community services, and so much more.
Vote now - it'll change your life.
Just about 1 in 3 people voted in 2022. The best way we can win is if more Vancouverites use their voice to ask for more from City Hall.
Vote OneCity for Council, Park and School Board before 8pm.

ABC's word hasn't proven to be a valuable thing. You can vote for a government that shows up, keeps its promises, and answers to you always.
Vote OneCity across City Council, Park and School Board.
