My day at Kibera Law Courts for traffic court. Arrived some minutes before 8am and was very early. After a 2.5 hour wait (working all the while coz work waits for no one), allowed to enter court at 10:30am. Bloody cold & only one magistrate available today. 1/n

Why not produce him, arrest him formally, charge him for his alleged crimes?
