How $OSS is becoming the new (specialized) $NVDA:
$OSS at ONLY $260M market cap is following the EXACT playbook....
....that took $NVDA and $PLTR from nobodies to trillion-dollar titans.
Let me show you the DNA match nobody’s talking about:
$NVDA and $PLTR didn’t become household names by going broad.
They became titans by solving IMPOSSIBLE problems for very specific, high-paying customers.
$OSS is doing the exact same thing in Edge AI.
The Early $NVDA Parallel:
Early NVIDIA wasn’t just about fast chips.
It was about CUDA the software layer that made their hardware indispensable for developers.
$OSS is pulling the SAME move with PCIe Switch Fabric mastery + Ion Accelerator software.
The Hardware Moat:
• Just as NVIDIA owned the GPU, $OSS is owning the “rugged chassis” that protects those GPUs.
• They’re an NVIDIA NPN Elite Partner (not competing, ENABLING)
• They are the specialized vehicle that carries NVIDIA’s brains into battle.
• Proprietary PCIe Switch Fabric that disaggregates compute.
The Software Lock-In:
• $OSS isn’t just selling “boxes”
• Ion Accelerator and SkyScale platforms = management layer for AI workflows at the edge
• Once a military drone or medical scanner is tuned to OSS software, switching costs are MASSIVE.
• It’s incredibly painful to swap them out for a competitor.
You can’t run AI on a tank with a Dell server. You need $OSS.
The Early $PLTR Parallel:
Palantir became indispensable by being “designed-in” to DoD operations.
$OSS is doing the SAME at the hardware level:
• U.S. Army Ground Vehicles (Stryker, Bradley, Abrams)
• P-8A Poseidon: $50M+ lifetime revenue from ONE platform.
• Multi-year contracts that last 10-20 years once you’re in.
The Transition Everyone’s Missing:
December 2025: $OSS sold Bressner for $22.4M.
This wasn’t just “asset optimization.”
This was the moment they became a PURE PLAY Edge AI company.
Before Bressner sale:
> Blended gross margin: 35.7%.
> Mixed business model.
After Bressner sale:
> Pure OSS margin: 45.6%.
> 100% focused on high-margin rugged AI systems.
The Numbers That Matter:
Q3 2025:
• Revenue: $18.8M (+36.9% YoY)
• OSS Segment: $11.5M (+43.4% YoY)
• Adjusted EBITDA: $1.2M (vs -$6.0M loss prior year)
• Cash Position: $30M+ (post-sale + $12.5M raise)
The Platform Awards (This is the Big One):
$OSS isn’t selling “boxes.” They’re winning PLATFORM AWARDS.
• U.S. Army: $200M+ potential over 5 years
• Aerospace Prime (IFE): $6.5M over 5 years
• Medical Imaging: $25M+ over 5 years
• Autonomous Trucking Pipeline: $200M+
Once you’re “designed-in” to a military platform, you’re there for DECADES.
The Valuation Disconnect:
> Current EV/Sales: 1.88x
> Rugged computing peers: 2.5x - 3.5x
> Even a peer-level multiple re-rating = 50-70% upside.
That’s BEFORE accounting for:
• Army production award
• PCIe Gen 6 adoption cycle
• Medical imaging scale-up
• Autonomous trucking wins
The Institutional Signal:
Look who’s buying after the 180% run:
• Vanguard: +20% position increase
• Citadel: +463.3% position increase
• Renaissance Technologies: +285.9%
• Arrowstreet Capital: New position
Smart money doesn’t buy AFTER a stock doubles unless they see the ceiling is MUCH higher.
The Technical Moat:
What $NVDA had with CUDA, $OSS has with:
1. PCIe Switch Fabric mastery.
2. Liquid cooling (impossible to replicate cheaply)
3. Ruggedization + SWaP optimization (tested at Army)
You can’t just “build a competitor” when your systems need to survive being dropped off a truck at 40 mph.
The Setup Right Now:
$OSS just pulled back from $12.75 to $9.54 (24% correction).
The thesis didn’t change. The Army contract didn’t go away. The $30M cash didn’t evaporate.
The market is giving you a chance to buy the “rugged infrastructure for the AI revolution” at a 25% discount.
The Bottom Line:
$NVDA: Owned the GPU when nobody cared about AI
$PLTR: Owned DoD software when nobody understood it
$OSS: Owns rugged Edge AI infrastructure while everyone’s still looking at cloud
> $260M market cap.
> $200M+ Army pipeline.
> $30M+ cash.
> 45.6% gross margins.
> Multi-decade platform awards.
Early $NVDA had CUDA lock-in.
Early $PLTR had DoD design-wins.
> $OSS has BOTH at the Edge.
You aren’t paying enough attention.
Note: This is not financial advice.

Braden Cooper, Director of Products at One Stop Systems is the inventor of US Patent 8,463,977, and that’s a bigger deal than most people realize. This patent introduced a breakthrough method for enabling CPUs to communicate directly over PCIe, even when their clocks and auxiliary signals don’t match. Cooper solved that by using intelligent PCIe switch assemblies to isolate mismatched signals and create a stable shared clock, allowing CPUs to exchange data cleanly and reliably.
The real impact is what this unlocks: direct CPU‑to‑CPU memory access without store‑and‑forward delays. Instead of routing data through intermediate buffers or network layers, one CPU can write straight into another’s memory. That means dramatically lower latency, higher throughput, and simpler, faster system architectures.
This is exactly the kind of innovation that aligns with OSS’s core strength: pushing PCIe fabrics to their limits for AI, HPC, defense, and rugged edge computing. Even though the patent predates Cooper’s role at OSS, the architectural thinking behind it mirrors the principles that drive OSS’s highest‑performance systems today.
In short: Cooper didn’t just bring leadership to OSS, he brought deep, forward‑looking PCIe expertise. US8463977 is a perfect example of the engineering mindset that helps OSS stay ahead in high‑performance, low‑latency computing.

Today, I caught the U&R on $APLD, and it was my main focus EOW heading into the session.
From LOD to HOD, $APLD moved +17.5% intraday, and I was able to buy right at the lows.
This wasn’t luck, I spend hours each morning scanning the market to pinpoint the best trade ideas for my subscribers and family in TOC.
I’m currently on my hottest stretch since early last October because I’ve recognized that this market rewards patient buyers at undercuts of major weekly pivots and key moving averages.
This morning, I posted my gameplan: $APLD U&R 33.88 and/or 21 EMA, target 38+. Watching the setup unfold intraday, I was able to catch the move from lows to highs with 0 drawdown from entry.
This approach isn’t unique to $APLD... I’ve been executing the same concept on $ASTS, $RKLB, $RKT, $CIFR, and other names recently.
The lesson here is simple:
Focus on what’s working in the current market (undercuts/reclaims off pivots) and shift away from what isn’t (buying breakouts/chasing).
Situational awareness is everything.
Follow your equity curve.
If it’s trending up, keep the foot on the gas.
If it’s falling, figure out why, cut what’s not working
...and double down on what is.
Most traders fail here because ego and bias override their ability to adapt.
Adaptation isn’t optional... it’s the difference between surviving and thriving in ANY GIVEN ENVIRONMENT.
