Yes, CONVOY continues the original mission I started OCEAN for.
Now that Bitcoin is working again, you can donate to me personally at:

Thanks
Also note that this code to revive Bitcoin is the work of several devs, not only myself.
A paradigm shift is needed. What are we fighting for? To preserve Bitcoin SHA-256? I don't think so. Bitcoin SHA-256 is just a tool. Although I must admit it's a tool with massive accumulated network effects. But let's get back to basics. We are fighting for financial sovereignty, separating money from the state, peer-to-peer electronic cash, and freedom to transact. Those are the things we are fighting for.
In case you haven't noticed, Bitcoin SHA-256 as a collective has all but abandoned these goals. Sure, people chant mantras, but they're not backed by serious action. The prevailing talking heads actively try to redefine Bitcoin and rarely mention the real objectives worth fighting for. Just days after BIP-110 failed on the SHA-256 chain, talk of tail emissions and demurrage re-emerged. I predict those items will continually be tested until the original Bitcoin ethos is sufficiently diluted and they can be implemented.
@LukeDashjr is choosing to fight for the underlying principles Bitcoin SHA-256 was built to address. He's doing that via the Blake2b fork after attempting to bring Bitcoin SHA-256 back on track. You and others insulting him by saying he's 'taking his toys and leaving' is a gross mischaracterization and warrants a serious apology. Just because you don't share his vision or recognize the capture doesn't mean his motives are impure or he's taking the easy way out. I would venture to say he's willing to put his money where his mouth is, make a great personal sacrifice, with the vision and mission to preserve Bitcoin's foundational ethos.
Go ahead, resort to name-calling and other forms of insults. Add me to the list of those crazy people who think Bitcoin's founding principles are the real battlefront, not Bitcoin SHA-256. I'm in great company with @loogart, @GrassFedBitcoin, @mattkratter, @cguida6, @Roughnecks110, and countless others.
I've said it before; I'll say it again. It takes a unique individual to sacrifice and move toward the greater good despite personal risk and loss. Satoshi set a pretty selfless example with his work and the untouched Bitcoin he left as a bounty. The risk of failure for Bitcoin Blake2b is very high and very real. The risk of failure for Bitcoin SHA-256 is much higher than you think.
Again, what are you going to do to fight to preserve Bitcoin's founding principles? Or do you already believe the prevailing narrative on SHA-256?

Also - I propose renaming the tiniest unit of SHA256coin to "suits" instead of "sats"

What you call BTCB2 is simply Bitcoin after having gone through a proof of work change. Our goal remains to separate money and state, not appease Wall Street and the central bankers. So far people have had a good experience with Neoxa. If that ever changes, I'll try to sound the alarm
Sometimes I wonder if Musk just says this as a subliminal excuse to splooge in every woman willing to give him the chance. 🤨🙄
Get off twitter, and go have babies!
The Earth NEEDS more people.
“The biggest problem the world will face in 20 years is population collapse,” says @elonmusk.
I’ll show you why Musk is right.
The Scaremongers Are Wrong
Throughout history, people predicted the end of humanity. Recently, 60 Minutes featured Paul Ehrlich. They treated him like an expert, even though his dire prophecies have repeatedly been proven wrong.

I have done a podcast with @Breedlove22 that summarizes this, as well as one with @jeremyrhammond. And there's a huge amount of excellent literature out there that does a great job explaining what happened. My top recommendations:
Ilan Pappe The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine.
Khalidi, The One Hundred Year War on Palestine
Finkelstein: Gaza
