Here you have it, @OliverDowden cannot defend his own abysmal record in office, or even speak about what a future Tory Government would look like.
Instead, he chooses to use taxpayers money to send unsolicited letters to constituents about Hertsmere Borough Councilโs local plan.
Campaigning for his seat which heโs increasingly worried about losing on 4th July by attacking the local council which he has refused to engage with since his party lost control last May.
Itโs time to bring back integrity and honesty to our politics.
