This was a class project to help my students (and everyone who walked by the wall outside our classroom) understand CoVid better.
We printed several sets of the model, mounted it on black poster paper, and used white colored pencils to label the diagrams.
Here's a cool way to display the life cycle of #coronavirus using our paper model! Thanks to Donna from Alaska for sharing! bit.ly/3nSnSWl

Really great to welcome Dr Melanie to @Nescot as part of our NES Talks - thank you @OrigamiCells @discoveringdna - amazing feedback from students including a boy from a local school who told afterwards me that it has inspired him in his career path @EwellCastleUK
Had a brilliant time using our DNA model with students during my lecture “DNA technology in a post COVID world.” Thanks @Nescot for inviting me!

The study of #genetics wouldn't be complete without talking about fruit flies (#Drosophila melanogaster)! Show some of the genetic mutation such as white eye, eyeless, curly wing, wingless & more with our paper model! bit.ly/3OYged9
