Hay un sector de la sociedad que no entiende que si el alquiler absorbe una gran cantidad de tu salario, esto termina matando otros sectores económicos. Se va menos a cine, no se gasta en salidas nocturnas, no se viaja, no se ahorra. Termina matando el engranaje social. Es por eso que España ahora mismo está tan doblegada al turismo, porque son los extranjeros los únicos que tienen poder para mover hostelería, ocio, turismo interno, etc. El local solamente gasta en dos cosas: alquiler y comer. Su salario se va directo al bolsillo de una sola persona: el casero.
