Mistakes can happen, but what matters is being willing to review, correct, and be transparent.
Consistency. Transparency. Fairness. That’s the standard.
Recent public discussions on X have reinforced a simple principle for us: the same rules must apply to every trader.
We assess every dispute using the published rules, the complete account data and a documented review process.
A trader’s public profile will neither help nor hurt their case.
Incase there is a mistake, we will correct it. When the evidence supports a decision, we will explain the relevant rule and the facts behind it objectively.
Every affected trader should receive the evidence relevant to the decision and access to a clear appeal process, subject to legitimate privacy and account-security limits.
We will not create special outcomes simply because a dispute becomes public. Equally, we will never treat a trader negatively for raising a concern publicly.
Our responsibility is not to win an argument online. It is to make decisions that are consistent, reviewable and fair.
