Still much debate on virtual vs face to face appointments. At @uclh patients have asked for virtual option for years, esp. if no exam needed. Nice comment in @uclh magazine from Bella, a sarcoma patient, saying it reduces her stress & climate friendly too uclh.nhs.uk/application/file…

We want to help launch #VirtualReality as distraction therapy for #chemotherapy patients at Chase Farm and Finchley Memorial hospitals to:
👉 reduce patient anxiety
👉 reduce chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting
👉 make the time spent receiving chemotherapy feel shorter
