University of California students who do not wish to call someone by their preferred pronouns may do so without fear of punishment thanks to a court ruling this week.
U.S. District Court Judge Fred Slaughter granted a preliminary injunction against a UC system policy that could punish students for “dead-naming” peers.
Citing precedent that “there is no categorical ‘harassment exception’ to the First Amendment’s free-speech clause,” Slaughter — a Biden appointee — ruled that the students “have demonstrated a credible threat of enforcement.”

This is such a good piece. For us parents. A great analogy of what happens. Especially for me a Californian who has lived through some of the biggest real earthquakes. Trans is just like one. It hits you without warning.
When the earthquake of the Trans cult hit my home. It knocked it off the foundation. Piece by priec I had to rebuild my daughters shattered mind. I am one of the lucky parents who got to rebuild my home. I think of the family's who still live in the wreckage of Trans. Not being able to rebuild. I have so much love in my heart for them. Because the world wants to blame them for what society did to their child. Loving your child and wanting them healthy and whole is not abuse.
