2. The wallet Perpify claims as theirs (0x6801…839A) isn't theirs. Every payout from it is executed by Propr's payout wallet (0x0353…bB1d), both wallets are funded by the same source, and it's been paying traders since July 1, when Perpify didn't even exist.
Civil liability is real. Falsely claiming a company backs you, using its logo in a fake “Kraken x Perpify” graphic, is a classic false endorsement and trademark case.
They have no real backer and no real payouts.
If you bought a Perpify account, save now while it’s still up:
- payment receipts + tx hashes
- emails, Discord/Telegram chats
- screenshots of your dashboard
