$438K into $MDGL calls definitely gets my attention. Love that you think long term instead of chasing the flow, same reason @SophiaBlackkod is one of my favorite follows too.

“While intismeran could become a market leading therapy in melanoma, we believe the re-rating now reflects successful expansion in many tumor types and unrealistic implied sales. We struggle to justify the valuation through public-company comparisons or pipeline NPV.”

🛎️ Lilly’s press release today is highlighting their indirect comparison of Foundayo to oral Semaglutide 25mg, which they are presenting at EASD2026.
Should be fun when both of these options get FDA approved.
investor.lilly.com/node/5497…
More on the EASD abstract in my linked post.
🚨There are a two particularly noteworthy indirect comparisons in the EASD abstracts.
1️⃣ Oral Semaglutide 25mg vs 17.2mg orforglipron for T2D (using ACHIEVE-3 and PIONEER PLUS). Both studies use oral semaglutide 14mg, so the comparisons are pretty reasonable, as I and others pointed out when ACHIEVE-3 was released.
This indirect comparison being presented next week at EASD (obviously backed by Lilly) found that across both Body Weight change% and A1C reduction, orforglipron 17.2mg (36 mg in old formulation) was statistically superior to semaglutide 25mg in these T2D studies, though the authors say 1) this may not lead to meaningful clinical differences and 2) a DIRECT comparison is needed to confirm.
▪️OFG 17.2 mg was associated with statistically significantly greater weight reduction when compared to SEMA 25 mg at week 52 with estimated treatment differences (ETD) in percent change in weight from baseline of -1.46% (95% CI -2.75%, -0.18%).
▪️OFG 17.2 mg was also associated with greater HbA1c reduction from baseline vs SEMA 25 mg at week 52 with ETD of -0.31% (95% CI -0.55%, -0.07%).
Whatever you may think of ATTAIN-1, the T2D data for Orfo has always been competitive. (Ditto if you want to look at ATTAIN-2 vs STEP 2)
