Watching Week 2 of the @NFL today, there has been a lot of sloppy, inconsistent football. Player and coaching development are more important than ever and I believe the current college NIL system is already affecting the quality of play. That’s exactly why the @TheUFL matters. As we grow toward 16 teams over the next decade, we have a real opportunity to build something special and to become an increasingly important part of developing the future players, coaches and officials. The UFL isn’t just exciting spring football. It’s a proving ground and over time, it will become a critical part of the future of year-round professional football. I’ve never been more bullish on what this league can become. What do you guys think??? 🏈💪
