📢 Has the overturn of #RoevWade (and its impact on women's #ReproductiveFreedom) changed women's privacy attitudes toward period-tracking apps? This is what we studied in a new paper accepted to #CHI2024, led by @jessiecaojiaxun @HibaLaabadli @chasemathis29 & Rebecca Stern (1/n)

In summary, our study reveals why women’s privacy awareness toward period-tracking apps should be raised and re-contextualized in the post-Roe v. Wade era. To do this, concerted efforts from multiple stakeholders are required in support of reproductive justice. (7/n)

Just had a great chat with @wendygilletteny at @CBSNews on @Zoom's changes to the privacy policy and how concerning it is (should be): Zoom is still using third-party models with users' data for their AI-powered features, with undisclosed data practices! cbsnews.com/live/video/20230…
