My wife has hashimoto's, hypothyroidism and just had blood test recently and said her iron levels are elevated. Will the carnivore diet help her with all of these? Looking for some advice. I've been doing carnivore since March.
Happily to report, I had my physical today with my primary care physician. Told him I was on the carnivore diet and I'm down 50 lb since March 23rd of this year. He actually praised it and told me to keep going. It looks like I'm doing everything right. All labs were great.
Just had a blood panel done this morning for a physical I'm having next week. My a1c1 is down to 5.6 from 6.4. my cholesterol is down from a little over 200 down to 186. Question I have is my blood urea nitrogen, 19 up to 23, is this something to be concerned with?
