What’s New?
A modernized Pactus GUI with a new sidebar, dashboards, and light/dark themes. It also shows balance and stake in address lists and adds a Max button for amounts, transaction time with page arrows, and a start on system startup option.
Legacy JSON wallets can now be migrated to the newer SQLite storage, using the CLI, the GUI, or gRPC.
Secp256k1 account restrictions are removed after protocol version 4.
PIP-50 state anchoring is implemented.
Security fixes include a stake owner signature requirement for delegated withdrawals, and rejection of subsidy transactions in the transaction pool.
